Return

We want you to be satisfied with the products you order, so we offer a 14-day right of return for our products.

You have the right to return the products you ordered, after which we will return the amount you paid back to the same account/card from which the order was paid.

You can also exchange the product you ordered for another similar product or, if possible, a different product free of charge. If the final amount of the modified order is lower than the original, we will refund the difference between the products. If the final amount is higher, we will invoice the difference.

Refunds in euros only apply to the total amount of the products. We do not return delivery costs back to the customer.

If you want to make a return, please notify us by email ( info@tiberianchess.fi ) with the following information:

- order number or your full name and address

- returnable/exchangeable products

You will receive a confirmation message and return instructions from us.
